Strong Feeling That I Have Been Here Before

My name is Nesha. I am 14 years old. I have many questions that I would like an answer to. Sometimes I have a strong feeling that I have been here before or seen this before. The thing I don't get is that I don't have these quick viewings of the future in my dreams. I remember all my dreams when I wake up and none of the quick viewings of the future are in them. I don't know where they come from. I just always have a strong feeling I have seen or been here before. Am I having these while I'm subconscious?

My dad (Who isn't no longer with my mom anymore and have children with my step mom) also told me that he use to have this a lot and he tries to meditate, but he never has time to. I asked my brothers and sister on my dad's side have they ever had any of this, they said no. I just wonder why do I have these. What brings on these very strong feelings?

After I have the strong feeling that I have seen or been here before, I try to remember where the feeling comes from. I never remember or get any clue about where these feelings come from. Why can I not remember where they came from? I also want to know why the feeling hits me so hard. I instantly feel it. I really don't know what age this started happening to me. At first, when I start having this, it felt like small Deja Vu moments. It felt like nothing but a small memory, I didn't pay attention to it much until it start hitting me hard. Why is this hitting me hard all of a sudden?

If anyone have answers to this, I will be very pleased. I would appreciate it a lot. I would also like to learn how to control it if I can. Thank You very much.

I also had an experience regarding deja vu. I posted a story about it before, you can check it on my profile if you want. I don't know if deja vu is controllable because in my experience it hits you on random it only needs a "catalyst" like an object, person, event, or place for a deja vu to occur. Just close your eyes and take a deep breath... 😁 ❤

This actually happened to me, few times. But still I recovered. I think you should meditate and have a space in mind. But, do you know what I did? After waking up you should write your dreams before going out of your bed because usually people will forget it.

I go through this sometimes. It has grown stronger since I became at peace within myself. Some say they are coincidence but psychics call them premonitions. Well usually anyway. I myself call it the 'dreamtime' because in that time I always see something like how when I was 7 I saw that I a was going to go to Paris withBrownies or Guides because I saw the Eiffel Tower followed by someone saying, "Samantha chill. We have 2 minutes before going down the river with the leaders."
When I was 11 this happened.

Oh, and Nesha that feeling like youve been there and seen that and experienced it before, but can recall where it comes from is because its part of your subconscious projections/predictions and the "self fulfilling prophecies" we all have. If you google it, you might find more answers to the questions you seek, hehe. Yep

Dear QuestionSeeker,

Well, to be honest, it sounds like a number of things. It is most likely a combination of feelings and experiences while involving your coming of age and your developing personal experiences along the way... Even if you wernt fourteen, like say you were forty three, or any age anya really, this can easily happen, because it happens to everyone... People just look at it differently.

Have you ever heard of a self fulfilling prophecy? Its where someone thinks something about themselves, and they keep projecting it or thinking about it, and eventually it comes true... It works for good things, however, it can be associated with negative and stress related events as well. Say, if something bad like a divorce happened or a death or anything where post traumatic stress (or stress because an emotionally painful event happened)...

You see, I have predicted and projected a lot in my life, and a lot of things have happened, it used to be the same way for me! And yes, your subconscious mind and your sensory perceptions aka your senses (such as those associated with deja-vu and that feeling you get) are heavily involved, but its not bad... Its healthy, its your way of dealing with that type of stress while incorporating your intentions with reality (like what you want to happen, and what is actually happening) does that makes sense?

So what I'm saying is that you are probably projecting subconsciously what you want to happen, and your sensory perceptions catch up later and give you that deja-vu feeling as you find things that remind you of the self fulfilling prophecies your mind made as a result of the natural "good" stress of dealing with a trauma.

Now aside from that, what your describing as "it hits you really hard" is simply an emotional connection, this can be esp-ecially strong with loved ones. The best way to describe that is empathy, loyalty conviction... Works the opposite direction though, too.

From what I read, it sounds like you may suffer from empathic tendencies, in which case I would suggest lots of love and a good friend to talk to that understands your situations, someone you can relate with (this might have been your dad previously which is why your so sensitive right now and experiencing all this, its hard when parents put that wall up between family) hugs are good too:) lotsa hugs, even of you don't like them...hmn...so, When I say Empathic tendencies, meaning your body and mind pick up on and are effected by the feelings of others... It might be positive, it could be negative feelings, but your more in touch with them then other people because you care about them more, or don't have something in your life that would distract you from feeling that way... Does that make sense at all to you?

Well, I hope I have helped, even alittle. I have been there. Much love, matthew.

Let me make a guess, these things started or grew stronger when your dad separated?

To why you have this, there's no way you can find it out unless if the answer comes to you itself as you grow up. So you'll have to wait.

I think it's deja vu, but very strong deja vu. Things like this do start slowly and then they grow stronger rapidly and suddenly.
