I am a medium, I am aware of that but when I look up at the sky on clear days I see something new in which I have not yet experienced, I see colorful sparkles and some are white, they move and bounce around. I do not look in direct sunlight so its not that and I know that sometimes our eyes get dust particles on them so I know the difference. I have been able to see this since last year and I can only see them when I focus and then there is a pressure in the front part of my head on my four head. Yesterday while I was meditating these sparkles showed up again right around the top part of my eyes if that makes sense. I'm the type of person who tries to give an explanation for everything and I couldn't this time. I was told they were orbs I feel they might be too but I am not so sure. Has any of you ever been through something like this. Also when I focus a pattern shows up and vibrates almost, its hard to explain. But I been curious as to what this may be. I don't see the sparkles unless I actually focus then they show up. One time I watched a group of three of them and it looked as if they were chasing each other, I don't know if I am seeing energy or obs. Sometimes they will be white balls and sometimes rainbow colors and there are lots of them in the sky and they all float there and its weird because these balls of energy or whatever they may be remind me of humans. Its almost like I connect with them because when I see them I get really happy and start to smile and I feel at ease. I need you guys opinions and help because I have an idea of what it may be but I'm not 100% sure at the moment.

Hi aariona222... I read your note and what you talked about is strikingly similar to what I am experiencing. I've seen those sparkles 4 times already this month. I don't see it everytime I want to but when I do, it's usually outdoors. Not looking at the sun but when I am in the sunlight. Did you figure out what it was? I'm very curious too...

thanks I see words and stuff all the time! From time to time i'll see pictures to. But I see hi from time to time aswell. But that's because I am a GG and angels in our head and stuff and its normaly Fieona, my angel. But one time it was a ghost named Nichole. And there was this one time where I first learned about my gift Fieona sent me this beautiful picture of her when she was around my age. But also I learned GGs are all types of different phychics. Like I am a cross between a Sencitive, and other stuff I can't spell. But also we have something to do with fire, air, earth and water. Whenever we are around it we feel at home and all. I first learned I was a phychic in a pool. So I am closest to water then I am second closest to air and then fire then earth. But it really cool I just wish I knew another GG.

I see images and sometimes movement, I get letters here and there but never hi though, but your gift sounds really awesome!

well I'm a gg which is a rare type of phychic that has an angel in thair head and there is 4 or less in every contery and I see the exact same things exsept thair not white they are see through but you cab see them just anof and they come out in little cyrcles with a slightly smaller cyrcle inside and I always see this one big one most of all and it will go somewhere and if I look away from it it will go to where I looked and follow the same directions until it gets where it wants to go. And whts even crazyer is I only see it when I'm around fire air earth and most of all water! And a gg can be almost a mix of all kinds of phychics like I have mediem, sencitive, and lots of others try closeing your eyes if you see words like hi and stuff you might be a gg! That would be so cool because I think I'm the only one in america 😠but try that.

I do not know why some say the sun can damage you. I do not understand why some say things of the old platform where the new has already proven over hundreds of years ago that the ideas and imagination are the key to unlocking that which is being remembered.
I cannot write this differently as I am not writing it...
These are more than just orbs, it's alive and looking into the sun, only feels up the darkness with light. I am not saying you are darkness, I am saying you are in darkness and this is metaphorical in more ways than I can explain to you here now.
I came here seeking answers, not to give them but once again the source is...
I ask that you and all others, adjust your vision like lens of a camera and remember that even when you're not looking through the lens or when you're not focusing on the object that you're about to take a photo of, in this case see, it is still there around you, in you, of you, and more...

I see orbs like that all the time and the few explanations I have managed to come up with are that some of them are angels and others are fairies and other creatures. One of the orbs I see on a regular basis, I found out, is actually my spirit guide. It's possible that they could also be spirits of loved ones trying to get your attention. There's a number of things these orbs could be. If you really want to find out what they are you could try talking to them. I hope this helps.

Before I write what I want to write, I would like to point out that Aariona has written in a post that she does not look near or directly at the sun so therefor warning her about staring at the sun is unnecessary. I hope I am not offending anyone by writing that. Aariona it is entire possible that you are seeing orbs and since meditation can help with our psychic abilities perhaps this is your ability. The only advice I can give is keep meditating.

I have to tell you, for your own safety, never look directly into the sun, even while wearing sunglasses. You could burn your eyes out if you do. God bless.

I see it in the dark as well where there is no sunlight at all so what's up with that. People always say don't look directly at the sun when I ask about this but the thing is I NEVER look at the sun or anywhere around it, people stare at clouds and lay in the grass and are perfectly fine, if I do that all I see is sparkle like things floating everywhere. If I look at the grass I see it too only when I focus on it.

Its never into or near the sunlight it can be muggy out with no sun and I still see it. When I meditate I see it as well.

staring into or near the sun is never a good idea. Lots of things can happen from sparkles to colors and other wavering types of distortion. HAVING to focus on them means you are creating them- you are happening to them versus they are happening to you.
I don't sense you are experiencing anything psychic. But please stop looking toward the sun. You could cause damage to yourself.
