What Is This Ability? Does Anyone Else Experience This?

Or weeks it happens again, but this time for real. I have witnesses that I really saw things before they happen. I found that it's actually deja' vecu, not deja'vu. It includes the whole experience, from conversations, to smells and other senses, not just a feeling. It's progressed to where I can feel my third eye moving. Think we should start talking about our experiences more so we can figure out what it means. I have noticed that I get these when I've made a major decision and I'm shown the relative outcome. Hi mma1089. I think the previous replies cover a lot. I'll address your comment a bit more.
We're not sure why Deja Vu happens to people or what causes it. A theory suggests that it's a type of freeze that happens in the brain. So let's say I'm typing. My brain switches off and back on immediately, so as I resume the typing action my brain thinks it has seen it before (because it had seen it but the "consciousness" was momentarily shut off). So did the vision really first happen in a dream? Or do we think it did? It's hard to say. My brother gets lots of those. Sometimes he says "I'm sure I saw this in a dream years ago". Maybe he has. It's a strange thing that the mind does.
What I'm curious to know is do you get these at regular intervals or do you them more and more as you become older?
It's interesting, but some of the most religious people I know have psychic abilities. I'll remind you that monks and Saints had gifts of clairvoyance, premonition, etc. But they were seeing them as gifts of God, and tried to use them to help people.

If you believe in God you also believe in the devil? Talking about the devil is much more taboo I find. He's getting a free ride these days because blaming the devil for anything is so out of fashion. But if a function of your brain (premonition & deja vu) has the capacity to make you QUESTION YOUR FAITH, I would suggest that something manipulates you into thinking that way. Dark energy is very cunning it can use anything to make you move away from the light. It can put all sorts of thoughts in your head, to make you doubt yourself. So where you have a gift that could potentially be used for good, it can cause you to distance yourself from it & from God. We're here to learn about life, the mind, and evolve. Everything has a purpose. Accepting God's wisdom is to accept our individual abilities and mental wiring. Sure most things are mysteries and not 2 people think the same, but that's part of the plan... 😐

Our gifts come from God. Being psychic is amazing, its not evil. Nothing is evil unless you choose to use it in a way that's harmful to people. If you believe in a higher power of good, then use that to guide you.
If something really scares you, ask for that higher energy to protect you.
When you remember your visions at the moment your vision comes true, it is called deja vu.
Deja vu is very common with visions. You should look up the meaning so you have a better understanding of what it means.

I believe fear comes from thoughts like what if I see something really scary or something like that. You shouldn't allow fear to prevent you from accepting your abilities.
You may not realize it now but psychic abilities are a gift and they are part of who we are but one day you will come to that realization. When that time comes, I hope you'll love your abilities.

Also, I do believe they are dreams I have had before, but I don't recall them until I get this vision. What causes this?!

Thank you guys very much! I truly appreciative the feedback. I'm not sure how I feel about this ability, if it were up to me I wish I'd never have gotten it or it'd go away. It makes me so sick feeling and gives me a headache for a while after getting it. And on top of that it kind of creeps me out. I have always been a religious person, I don't go to church every Sunday anymore, but I do believe in god, and this ability makes me really think bad things and question my faith... If anyone has any knowledge about how this could tie into god at all, please let me know. If you do not believe in god or or have your own opinion, I respect yours please respect mine and not tell me all about yours and how god does not exist, thanks:)

I have also experienced these "visions" as you describe the feeling you have when they occur. Execpt the nauseous feeling but I'm sure not everyone that has these experiences has the same body reactions. Had my first when I was 8yrs old and got so scared I ran out of the room. I just wanted you to know someone else has had these and not to feel to alone in these experiences. I tryed to explain to others with mixed reactions. I'm also currently looking more into these "abilities" and wanted to say TY for your story. Hope you continue to find out more and Dont feel to isolated and different.:)

I believe you have premonition.
Premonition is seeing visions of the future during the day.
There is also precognition which is seeing the future in dreams.
People who have premonition do experience their visions differently.
With premonition you can recieve visions from several seconds, minutes, days, weeks, months, and years into the future. So maybe right now you don't have a gate infront of your garden but months or years from now you will have a gate.
If you want to improve your ability you should meditate.
Meditation is very helpful on improving psychic abilities.
