Im Not Getting Psychic Dreams Anymore

I've had a lot of physic dreams through out my life, it's usually a certain item that's in my dream that happens the next day. For example I dream of an item used by the person and the next day the same person uses the item or I just see the same item the next day. I'm not sure how to express the dreams, but I haven't been getting them anymore.

Is it because I've told people I've had the dreams? I would say, "I sometimes have psychic dreams," to some of my best friends, is this why I don't experience them anymore? I've seen some posts where if you state that you have the abilities they'll go away, is it true? If not, how do I get them back? How do I make my abilities stronger? I would get the psychic dreams most when I was younger. Have you guys experienced these kind of dreams? I wouldn't say the dreams are super psychic, but I would love to know how to train myself to make my abilities stronger.

I'm not sure if my bloodline contains any psychic abilities although I do know that my sister once had the psychic dreams as well. I believe they stopped as she got older. As I'm getting older too my

"abilities" are starting to fade away and I really need advice to bring it back. Hopefully it's not too late. Is it possible to bring my abilities to reality not only in dreams? I've tried telekinesis, but it hasn't worked. I have a lot of stress in my life right now and I might be suffering from depression. I have bad thoughts in my head is that why my dreams aren't occurring anymore because my spirit god knows my bad thoughts?

Here's two of the things that have helped me.

1. Set an alarm to go off a couple hours before you normally get up. Get out of bed for about 5 minutes or so. Use the bathroom, get a sip of water, or do some light stretching. Then, go back to sleep. You should be more "awake" and able to catch when you start to dream.

2. Keep a dream journal - it might seem trivial, but it will allow you to discover common elements and themes that you can then use later on to identify the message of a dream, or to remind yourself that you are dreaming.

I find it's easier to write down "keywords", as you can remember simple words more than complex sentences. For example, instead of writing down "I flew over a city; there was a tornado coming straight into the city, and it left a path of destruction. A red barn was lifted into the sky", you would write down "tornado toward city, path-of-destruction. Red barn uplifted".

Then, when you go back over these entries, your mind will fill in the blanks between the keywords.

3. Immediately after having a dream that wakes you up (all mine that do this have some message for me, or something I need to remember), keep your eyes closed, and stay in a relaxed position for a couple seconds - this will allow you to remember more about the dream.

It's not that your "losing" the ability, but rather that you are not remembering the ones you are getting. It happens even to the best of us. The purpose of the items I have above are to help with dream recall.

During your dreams you "detach" from you body (but continue conected to it) and have a contact with spiritual world. During those "visits" you enter in contact with relatives (that live there already) even live friends, the only difference you can remember better then most of us!
This hability is not related to blood line. This come from your spirit (soul) not from your body. It is just coincidence that your sister has the same hability during some time.

I suggest you to take a look in THE SPIRITS' BOOK

Look for the word "dreams" and ready the results will enlight you about this subject.

All the best

Hi elvaa12,

Anxiety will shut you down in an instant. It's game over until you find your balance again.

Consider the idea of getting better acquainted with yourself and pay attention to what you have been creating in your life. Are you ushering in positive changes or are you exacerbating the negative by letting the frustrations grow? I don't mean to be overly candid, but it's really easy to stay stuck in these lower places for long periods of time and nobody deserves that. Embrace yourself and start being the person you aspire to become right now. You may slip back down a few times, but once you reach a certain point, you'll have no problem climbing all the way out of that hole.

Meditation, as mentioned below, is a great way to jump start this process and get everything moving in a positive direction. Just make sure you find a method that makes sense and works well for you. Everyone is different.

Hang in there and it'll all come back:)

as we grow older the pressures of the work a day world and the practicalities of making money to pay our bills and provide for our families causes us to stop relaxing as much as we had been doing in our younger years. The key to keeping psychic ability healthy is relaxation. I meditate every day to stay relaxed and to keep negative energy from attaching itself to me or building up to an unhealthy level.

You do not lose the ability-- it just becomes harder to manifest it. Relax and set aside some time each day to perform relaxation exercises. Stating that you have psychic abilities has nothing to do with decreased abilities. You can suppress your experiences or forget about them but they never go away unless you possibly have some kind of physical injury to the head or a mental impairment like dementia, senility or alzhiemers/parkinsons disease. The more you relax the more your psychic abilities will increase.

Love and light... Always
