Think Something And Then It Happens. Is It Just Me?


Everytime I think of something happening it always happens in reverse in real life

It's weird and not easy to explain. For example, if I think about me not falling, it will happen in reverse in real life, so in real life I would fall. It's really weird and sounds un true but it happens a lot, I always think about something happening to see if it is true or not. This is really hard for me to explain but I hope you are understand what I'm tryin to say

I also sense moving

For example, I sense something moving before it moves

I see shadows and I always stare at them for a long time wondering if its just me or if a shadow is actually there

Once I saw a white shadow pass by and knock something down

And it was real because my sister was there too, she didn't see the white shadow but she herd the noise of something being knocked down

Sometimes there's moving but there's no shadow

It's all just blank but I can sense a moving

I think I get some of these abilitys from my father because he is just like me but he's different

He can see things and sense things I can't

I can also feel what another person is feeling

Like for example, they are depressed but they are showing happiness to others, I can see what happened to make them depressed

I want to make these ability a grow stronger, but I can feel them getting weaker and I don't want that to happen

People say meditation helps but I don't think it helps me

I'm a very concentrated person

I think maybe I'm doing it wrong

I really want my abilitys to grow stronger so if you guys have any suggestions please say them

And I hope I'm not the only one who is going through this

My story is a little an usual but I hope you guys will understand and help me

I disagree, my abilities as an Empath (feeling emotions) and clairacognazent (knowing things, sometimes before they happen) have gotten stronger as I get older. Meditation will help but it is about calming your mind, and it takes practice. I would start out doing some kind of yoga, if you are unable to just sit there and concentrate on your breathing. It called moving or awaken meditation and its great for keeping your grounded. Which is important when you are an Empath. You are not the only one who is going through this, and they best thing that you can do it is just accept it and let it flow its natural course. Keep a journal of everything you see, feel, hear, etc. Once you look back at it, things will start to make sense. Just trust yourself and look up some protective prayers, I find them very helpful as to block others emotions, because they will begin to effect you if you are not careful. Crystals are great too. Hematite and Black Obsidian are good for blocking energies. Hang them over your door, carry them on you, place them under your bed, whatever. Talk to your dad as well, I'm sure there is a lot that you can teach each other. About trying to maintain your ability's... Unfortunately some ability's aren't really researched in the psychic community so there isn't a way to learn them yet. I think being an Empath (feeling emotions) is something you will maintain if you keep roughly the same mindset you have now.

There are ability's you can train for but not the specific ones you have besides being an empath, I think the best help you'll get is your father since he seems more experienced in this.

Well unfortunately most abilities dissapear after growing older, it seems like the natural flow of nature. It's actually pretty rare to keep your abilities your entire life, even more to keep making them stronger.
You would need to put an enormous effort into trying to maintain your ability since it always weakens or dissapears when you grow into an adult.
Some receive their ability's when they're adult and some regain their abilitys to an extent when they're older but the majority are shortlived ability's from teenagers/kids.

Not to worry though, if your ability is strong enough a part of it will always stay with you even though it will be in a weakened form. As long as you remember how it feels to use your ability you'll be fine.
