I've believed in ghost and Spirits most of my life but never came in contact or around them, Not because I was scared or anything it just haven't happened until one day.
I just got a date with someone and he wasn't quite ready to go also forgot something at his house he was rooming with a old lady. I was allowed inside to wait, the person I was dating lived in the basement and the old lady had the upstairs. I had to use the bathroom but that bathroom was upstairs there was a staircase leading upstairs I went to it but stopped to look up feeling like something was top of the stairs, looking at me and just staring blocking my way. I didn't know what but I wasn't sacred I was more curious then anything. I put one step on the stairs as I kept looking up, stopped. I calmly say " may I please go past you? So I can use the bathroom? " a secs after I feel the thing blocking me moved a little. I couldn't see it but only feel it. I started slowly getting closer to it as I go up stairs but the person I was datting stopped me after he came back from his room telling me he had a bathroom nexts to his room so I back away and down the stairs to use his bathroom. As we head out we past the same stairs still feeling it there but down the stairs more I kept my eyes on the stairs as we leave the house. That was the only time I've been to that house.
Years later I've gotten to learn more about ghost and spirits through research. I just started to live in my own apartment I've been there for 6 or more months can't remember (been there for a year and 3 months now) I have a service dog with me he is 8 years old pit/boxer mix. His quite dog rarely barks at anything unless you're playing with him or doing the "speak" command. One night I went down stairs to the kitchen to get something to eat my dog came following me like normal but he stopped at the front door, growling and barking. I didn't know what he was doing so I looked outside of my window that's close to the door seeing nothing I got a instant feeling of something wrong listening to my dog I felt I should protect my house so I ran back to the kitchen grabbing salt and pouring salt along EVERY window and door until I felt safer and my dog stopped barking.
I ask myself " what was that?" To this day.
