I was laying in bed late one night and lights off completely I had been massaging my abdominal area due to some pains. Within the 6 or 7 seconds of doing so, scenery changed to be in an unfamiliar kitchen, details were sharp nothing fuzzy, I was standing next to a tall male, and hearing background voices of children. When I snapped back into reality I had to gasp for air I felt like my lungs were compressed can any one email me and help

I honestly can't remember much but since it happened it hasn't left my mind had me shaken up quite a bit

I don't have any more to type because it was quick and it happened so suddenly it scared me and I'm seeking any explanation that I can get

I've heard everything from a dream to a day dream and nightmare and trust me its none of those it was a surreal feeling.

I've had similar stuff, I don't really have an explanation but you're not the only one. It's just glimpses of moments and once I'm back I feel super nauseous and have headaches for hours after. I've missed school because of it.

I think the sharp pain was the spirit connection to the house you are in. This house, may have a haunting. Quite possibly, you are experiencing the vision you saw. The pain you had is tied into the vision. I get visions like that also.

I gets visions sometimes. Like my car getting smashed. I have to pray this vision so it does not happen.

Possibly, your encounter with these spirits was an evil spirit or. You were picking up some residual haunting in the house you are in.

this happens to me a lot, its like when it happens, my brain feels like its going to blow up and when I wake up its like I have been choked or something
