When I Get Very Angry Things Drop From Shelves

I am 36. I am a calm person a very well educated man. I work in the Uk as a general manager in security. I have never come across this thing before. Always when I get very angry something drops from a shelve or something drops from somewhere. The anger has to be sharp and straight away. Its very odd and my Mrs even laughs about it because she is so use to it. I would like to understand what is going on. I would like to learn. I think this might be something to do with the brain but I am not a scientist. Also I relive situation that I have dreamt. I have a dream about something I totally forget about what it was and then in a couple of months or weeks the situation or scene happens. I know what will be next if I choose the path of the dream. But its only a short 10 second scene. I understand that things like this happen and I have been reading other comments and other situations that happen to others. So, can someone explain what is going on? On this forum is it just private users or are there people here with some kind of education or experience in these types of things. Is there a place where they test you or examine you or even maybe coach? Please let someone leave something in the comments.
