A few days before this happened I was in church, and the priest was telling everyone about this guy in Russia who had a vision of the Virgin Mary telling him demons from hell would walk the earth on the new year and that just looking at them would instantly kill you.
It was 1999 and everyone was out getting ready to party for the New Year, I was only 10 then so I just stayed in my room watching the pool parties go off (btw I have never really had any experiences like this before, never even meditated before this).
I looked into the sky (it was about 10pm) and I saw what looked to be a bright star, I just looked at it and started talking to it in my head.
And after a few seconds it just started flying towards me, I didn't know what to think so I looked on, and it came within 1 meter of me. It was hovering right outside my window.
By that point I was so scared I couldn't move I just looked at it.
It was a really strange ball. It had light coming off the edges, but the inside of it was dark, it was about the size of a soccer ball and was constantly changing shape. After a few seconds of just starring at it I just ran out of my room screaming, never saw it again and I have no clue what it could be.
