I have always been in love (and sometimes admittedly mad in periods of misunderstanding.) with the concept of the yin yang. I try to share this with all in my life for instance I thought this was really cool as I had not thought of it. A friend posed the classic question of "Is it better to have loved and lost, than to have never loved at all. In an effort to think out of the box of limited choices given to me, and share my true belief/s I replied: "I think its far better to have loved and lost, than to simply love. Just as having a bad day influences one to enjoy a good day all the much more; experiencing the loss of love let's appreciate it when you have it (with anything) so much more" I'm a firm believer that somethings opposite defines it as equally the thing does itself.

First things first. You have to remember that you may encounter dangers everywhere, that is how life is. This morning I was trying to do an O.B.E and I encountered what we may term as a 'monster'. Most likely it was an evil entity that was attracted to my energies at the time because I woke up in a bad mood. On the topic of spirit guides. You will have to start of a regime of meditation to connect to your higher self. Often times, we are unable to communicate with our guides because of our low perception. Meditation helps raise our ESP abilities.

I feel the need to share an experience that happened after the one I posted a story about. I was in a room (at home) full of friends and to my left is a huge closet with five sliding mirror panels. They're about 6-7 feet long. I was listening to someone talk and I suddenly saw myself (in the mirror) turn my head very sharply and look directly at myself (sitting). WHAT THE HECK WAS THAT!? When encountering spirits it is very important not to show signs of fear but signs of authority or else you can be taken advantage of.

I haven't experienced anything evil yet, only some spirit passing through for a few days. At the time it scared me (I couldn't see it), but it'd bang on the ceiling, turn the tv off, turn the taps on and off and knock on doors.
That was my first and only experience and I wasn't aware of this website at the time. Now I have a much clearer understanding of spirits and I won't fear anything again.
Unless they catch me by surprise, like waking up to something staring over me >_> Haha.

Apparitions are not to be feared. Unfortunately there are apparitions that feed off of fear, that is why it so very important to exert authoruty when communicating with spirits.

Spirits like humans have good and evil in them. You should be careful overall with anyone be it ghost or human.

The term 'Satan' is hebrew for adversary. It is meant as a title and not as an actual being because he does not exist.

Anyone can be a Satan (Adversary). It does not apply to only one person though. Many people can be satans.

I always did get a dodgey vibe from that house, lol. I agree about the ouija board, her parents used to do it there a lot when they first moved in with their friends. Then weird started to happen to them all. Like one of them had just bought a new mirror and when they used the board it spelt out "I AM SATAN" and cracked the mirror >_>

This is a classical story of exorcism ritual abuse and demonic paranoia.

The demon did not possess her. It just was harrassing her.

If the priest had any authority in the spirit world (which most of them don't) he could of handled the demon without strapping her down. This shows that he feared it.

A priest tried to exorcise lucifer from me and guess what nothing happened. So I am aware of these superstitions.

Ghostgirl how do you kill a demon? They are spiritual beings that lack bodies, so how is that possible?

She did in fact have an exirst come out today at 4 in the morining. According to her, the exrist saw that the demon, said it was a very strong one, then blessed the house.
Then she made my friend sit in a chair and she got strapped down in it. The exirst said something that she dosent remeber, then poured holy water on her, and put a cross on her forehead. Then the demon possed her again, yelled in another language, the chair lifting off the ground, and then it was gone.

And it better stay gone, or IM going to find it, and kill it somehow.

I believe that your friend was more comfortable with the idea of using the cross as a form of protection.

If she is a christian, suggest that she goes to the church for help.

That is if she is comfortable with the idea.

Sage is one of the most powerful forms of protection against evil. It works all the time for me.

And I deal with powerful principalities and they never hurt me.

yeah, I don't use crossses either, but my methods didn't work when I told her to do them...
So, I told her to go for the cross, and she said it left when she did that, but when she put it down and went to get something in another room, it was back...

I personally find crosses do not work. But if a person really has hope in something I guess it would work for them.

She is now, but she got possed twice and the demon threatned to kill her. It seems that crosses and christian stuff works to repel it, but buring sage insense had no effect on it.

I don't know what it would do, but if I were you, I'd put something over it, or have the mirror removed. In my house, in my parents room, I have a mirror that faces my outside door, but not many unusual things have happened in my house. Any ghosts are usually just my grandfather's

My mirror's on the landing which is directly opposite to my room, facing my door, which is then followed by my window o.o
Or would that be like a counter balance and cancel it out? Or make it twice as bad, or just the same?

That's also the same setup as my girlfriend's and she has seen this black smoke/mist in the mirror at night, however her mum and dad have done ouija boards in the past too.
