My Experiences With Energy

In this post I would like to tell you about my experiences with energy. Ever since I was a child I would feel something tingling in my body. I always thought it was extremely irritating. If I stayed standing still for to long my legs would start have these weird wave sensations? Or when I walked I would feel a sensation like a needle being thrust up my feet. I asked my mom why this happened and she said that it was probably energy. Sometimes I feel something crawling up my body like a shiver, and I shake uncontrollably for a second. One time I was in church, and I just felt a really strong shiver, and I began to shake really hard for about two seconds and the guy behind me looked at me like I was some crazy guy. After I turned sixteen, was the time where I began to really understand these abilities of mine, like influencing wind, controlling animals, and strong intuition, Seeing the future in dreams, déjà vu happening all the time. But one of the abilities that really struck me, was that I am able to see energy. It's all around us, like a mist made of light. When I focus I see it moving. Once, in I was in bed getting ready to sleep, I began to feel a headache, and began to move restlessly in bed. When I looked up, there was a tiny dot of blue light blinking above me. It was flying all around. I got so scared, that I turned on the lights, and saw that it was a moth flying around. I was really amazed at myself. But I haven't been able to doing that again. I got really close once. I focused on an ant and saw it blink blue a bit. When I look at the sky I see energy flying around like spheres of light. And as I been able to produce energy with my hands better and better, last night I produced a sphere of light coming out of my finger like that ones I see in the sky. Oh and I almost forgot. I was able to heal an ant, with the energy in my hand and a little pray, and I haven't gotten sick for the longest time, because whenever I feel my throat a little fluish, I just send energy there, and it disappears. Sometimes, when I am in church, and we have to hold hands, the person whose hand I am holding hurts my hand in ways that it's difficult to describe the vibration of the person's energy hurts my hand, sometimes it's unbearable. In other times the person's energy is warm and cozy, and it feels really good. That's about all my progress with energy, it's quite exciting, but in my dreams I saw myself performing and energy ball with my hands, by separating the yin yang energies in my body, and I would like to learn how to do it.
