Headaches And A Few Auras

My name is Natasha I'm 14 years old. Weird things started for me I suppose when id wake up from dreams and thinking... Well knowing that something was going to happen. I started having feelings of things around me, and a change in the air. Sense things around me...

For a while now I have been getting headaches. Bad ones. Sometimes id fall holding my head. Or the other day I passed out. When I did I heard stuff like... Talking and noises. I was still partially conscious. The first thing that came to mind would be ghosts, or minds, but I was home alone. I was talking to my friend online (who I might add lives half way across the word from me) and I heard music, a specific song. I asked her if she was listening to the song and she said yes. My eyes have been hurting a lot lately which is weird. My vision would go blurry sometimes.

One time I tried to see auras just to see if I could. I could dimly see a colored outline around objects. And when I close my eyes I sometimes see my own out of the corner of my eye.

At points I will have these reeaally weird moments. Where time sort of slows down and my breathing would slow. And I can hear my heart beating and feel it. Then it leaves and I get a headache. I can't see auras in people yet. I need some advice on what I should do right now... I'm really confused does anyone have an idea on what I should do? Or what I can do?

thanks! But yesterday when I was looking at my aura, I saw the second layer for the first time. It was emerald green. But when I looked closely I saw a black/grey cloud sort of sucking everything up... I'm not sure what this means because I'm not depressed or suicidal or anything...
My diets fine I've gone over it and made sure everything's all good and well... I don't think its that...

Thanks for the dreams advice ill definitely do some research.

Chetyre, has excellent advice. You should try all of those FIRST.

However, if you still have problems post an update and research shields.

If you are having headaches that severe then I would not be so quick to attach a psychic meaning to it but rather do some research on this.

These migraines could be signs of a deficiency of some sort, dehydration or a reaction to certain foods.

If you eat out a lot then you might be suffering from the accumulative effects of MSG... It happened to me until I discovered the cause.

Sometimes when one is wavering between being conscious and not, the brain has sometimes a hard time deciphering sounds and other impressions. You may have had this happen when you are falling asleep with the tv or radio on... You hear it all but sometimes it sounds really weird and garbled because your brain is trying to do several things at once... One of them is trying to sleep. 😉

With the auras... These too can accompany migraines... It could be that the "auras" might be a warning sign that a migraine is about to make its appearance too.
If your eyes have been hurting you then I strongly suggest that you tell your mom and dad and go see a doctor... This is far too important to just write off as being a symptom of a psychic skill.

Dreams can be a strange thing and sometimes they are unsettling, sometimes one tends to read far more into dreams then one should and it is understandable that after a dream one feels like something will happen but dreams are often metaphors for what we experience in real life. In short the brain is merely reflecting back to you stuff you have heard, read or otherwise experienced but often the brain keeps a log of all this stuff so it will use imagery from things you may have seen or done years back but had forgotten about.

If you read a article on wolves, for example, in the early part of the week you might dream of wolves in some context later in the week or even next week.

I suggest reading scientific articles on dreams to help you understand them and being so young your perception of them will be different than if you were older.

At any rate I would suggest studying your diet because I suspect that something you are eating or drinking is hurting you.

And if you don't drink much water, try drinking just a glass more each day, ok?

Headaches are no fun.
