Pregnancy And Abilities

This might sound like a strange question but I am wondering if anyone out there knows about there being any links in pregnancy and psychic/medium abilities. I always thought that when you got pregnant all of your senses and abilities got stronger. I've always had medium/psychic abilities and am also an empath and before I got pregnant my abilities were starting to get stronger than ever and then after I got pregnant and they all pretty much disappeared, it was the strangest thing. I was told by a spirit one night that I would be pregnant soon and need to protect my baby and around a month later found out I was pregnant. After that I had only very few experiences with spirits like just seeing them around my house every now and then and mainly seeing them watching my husband which is also strange but they weren't trying to communicate with me like they used to. I also actually started feeling a little vulnerable because during this time I wasn't picking up on other people's feelings and couldn't feel them out. This will be my first child so I really don't know what to expect abilities wise.

Now I am even more confused because now that I am further along my abilities seem to have come back again but I feel more in-tune to it all. Here are my questions/concerns...Is there a reason why I felt pretty much nothing for those first few months? Is there a reason why it is now stronger than ever? Has anyone else experienced this before with pregnancy or knew anyone that this happened to? Is it maybe because for those first few months my abilities were being passed onto my son? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Omg, I'm literally going threw this, before I got pregnant I was working strengthening my abilities. I could read people, sense emotions, see ghost. The whole nine yards. I got pregnant and it was gone. Today is beginning of my 2nd trimester and ivr been noticing spirits more often now. Even my ability to know what's coming has hotten stronger. Its so confusing 😭 😨 😐

Thank you Rook. I will def. Keep everyone updated. I think he will. This might sound strange but I saw him a couple of times and each time he was around the same age, about 5 or so. Someone I know who is very in touch with her abilities also saw him and described him just as I saw him. She said he told her that him and I made a pact of some sort for this life.

AngelObr,

Just keep an open line of communication as your son grows and develops. You 'know' these abilities exisit and with some research and question asking I'm sure you can learn about yours and any that your son may develop.

I'm glad things are going well for you, I'm sending Positive Energy your way. Keep us updated, it would be cool to know if your son is born with any 'gifts'.

Respectfully,

Rook

Thank you both and I've been wondering if he will have these gifts when he is born as well. I really think he might because it's on both sides of the family. I just hope I can learn enough about my abilities to be able to guide him. Growing up my family never really discussed these things so I was kind of left to figure it all out on my own.

When you are pregnant and have abilities, it would mean the soul in the womb can have a lot of power, and even use some of your own. They can do many things. This most likely means your child is gifted.

well as they say you don't truly understand how much something means to you until you have lost it!

Oh wow so you probably had to be extra careful of her feelings while she was pregnant! My abilities are stronger now that I am further along which is great because I don't feel so vulnerable anymore. I didn't realize how much I relied on them!

I actually know of someone who has something similar to what you just asked but opposite. She is my wife and when she was pregnant she was able to make anyone she wanted to feel anything she was feeling which was quite strange, especially since I myself can feel what others are feeling so my power seemed to double while she was pregnant. My mother says its quite common for both to happen and she told me to not be surprised if my wife's powers start showing up. So I personally know what you're going through!

Rook,

That makes complete sense and now I feel better about it all. Things have just seemed really confusing lately. Thank you for your advice. 😁

AngelObr,

I wouldn't say that your abilities 'shut down' because they were being passed on to your baby, more likely they were 'suppressed' so that the 'energy of creation' could happen and your child develop to a certain point. Let me try and explain...

During your first trimester you 'lost' and/or your abilities were dampened. This allowed your body and mind to 'focus' on your developing child. Now that you've entered your second trimester your abilities have returned / seem to be stronger... This indicates your 'body/mind' is now focused on protecting your unborn child. Your heightened abilities give you a 'better' chance of protecting your child.

This is of course just my opinion. I wish you and yours well. Please keep us updated.

Respectfully,

Rook
