Are Beings Manipulating Me?

I am 21 and from Australia

For the past 2 to 3 years I have had some peculiar experiences.

It seems as though someone is controlling/possessing me but not always in the negative sort of way. Many times I sense beings around and in/as me, and I can almost see a type of light/electricity in the air around where they are.

Psychic experiences are not uncommon for me but it feels more like someone else is passing one these thoughts to me rather than me picking it up like most psychics.

I have the usual dreams and visions that turn out to be future events very VERY often. Almost every dream that I have is one of the future So many that I won't bother posting them here.

I even had an out of body experience with these beings, it wasn't positive but I will explain it anyways.

I was in the middle of a dream when all of a sudden everything faded to white and I found myself hovering outside my bedroom window with a being behind me. It was glowing white and had no facial features. I felt that it either took me out of my body or was putting me back in. Then I slow started moving through the wall and towards my bed when as I was half way through I managed to get a look around at the environment outside my house it was terrifying - everything was black every blade of grass was black the sky was starless and pitch black. For some reason at the time this held a type of emotional energy for me and the closest that I could describe it is pure fear or despair and I remember screaming. At this point I remember my astral body or whatever you want to call it, going over my physical body and I especially remember my head and shoulders of my real body meeting up with me (my astral body).

After this I felt a lot of pain not really physical but more mental or emotional in my head region that seemed to come from a strong white light there. Normally most people talk of the light as good and the dark as bad but this light was extremely painful both mentally and emotionally as well. The exact same experience with seeing everything as blackness before except white now.

After this I woke up.

The main reason for me posting all of this is if there are any psychics here that could tell me what is going on or maybe someone else has had the same thing happen to them.
