Listening To Your Inner Voice

I'm not sure what to call it, Intuition, Guardian Angel, or Spirit Guides but there have been so many times in my life where horrible things might have happened to me or my loved ones had I not listened to this "voice". Too many instances to really recall but this one stands out in my mind as very significant to what I am trying to explain. I was living in Florida and 9 months pregnant at the end of May. It was very hot and miserable to say the least. My little 4 year old son wanted me to sit outside and watch him play, I was too hot. He begged me to just let him sit on the porch and play with his toys. I gave in and said "Do not go off the Porch". I think I took a few minutes in the kitchen making some lunch. I was dragging myself back up the stairs to sit in my air conditioned room when something, some strong force practically knocked me back down the stairs. It was such a strong force, that I could not take another step. I stood there for a minute dazed as to what had just happened. I realized I had to check on my child immediately. The feeling of fear and dread engulfed my entire being. As I got to the porch door, I could see a man in the yard talking to my child. His green truck door was open on the drivers side and he was telling him to come see his truck. I opened the door and calmly told my child to come to me now! He did. The man took off running which told me right then and there he was up to no good. I called the police and as it turned out, another little boy in the area had been abducted the day before and witness's had seen a green truck. They never found that little boy. But my little boy was safe. Was this intuition, was it a Guardian angel or Spirit guide. I never knew. But it's just one instance where listening to this voice or force was so important.
