Floating Out Of My Body

The lady screaming stop is actually your ego I beleive. Unfortunately for me I can't astral project on purpose it happens a lot randomly. At first when it would happen my body would vibrate and the scariest thoughts and images would rush through my mind, even once a little child screaming. This is your physical body trying to scare and awaken you so that you don't leave it. Thanks to this site and some helpful people on here I learned to not be scared and not pay attention to it. Now when I astral project I skip the ego scaring me because of my practice. It'll take a little bit of practice not being startled but you'll get the hang of it:) After some practice almost every time I dream I am able to realize when I dream. Oh and a tip, wear something religious and imagine a bright warm light around yourself when you project. When I didn't do this I had some pretty terrifying experiences and don't want them to happen to you.

Also, I astral projected lately. To make sure I did I went outside when I woke up, and everything was as it was in my projection. 😁

From your experiences you could already draw out the answers you are finding:you are PSYCHIC.
And based on your story,too,I could tell that you may have some potential Reiki abilities, or energy-controlling abilities. You know, the type wherein energy could be accumulated with your hands and be used for specific purposes?That's what I mean.
You could also Astral Travel, which is an impressive psychic ability to have.However,I could feel also that you are a newbie at these kinds of things so your experiences didn't go so well and thorough. And that I think is the reason why the mysterious lady decided to hinder your Astral Projecting.
Now,about reconnecting with the lady, I do think it would not be very difficult since I sense that somehow this lady is one of your Spirit Guides. But still,it's best if you try and just call out to that lady through meditation, focusing on her image and just drawing her out to you know, contact you. I also feel that she isn't any evil entity in any way and is instead, trying to make herself known to you and preventing you to do any rash things at the same time.
It is normal to be confused since it occurs to me that you're just on the way to Spiritual Awakening wherein you find yourself being able to open and use for the first time your spiritual gifts. One thing to always remember is it's not all in your mind for such mindset just leads to self-frustration.
I also recommend you Google about your experiences, both Astral Projection and about Spirit Guides. Of course, you are the only one who'll be able to help yourself the most since you know yourself and your experiences the best.
