Special Messages While Meditating

For the past couple of months, I have been meditating everyday to help develop my psychic abilities. Most of the time I run with animal spirit guides or talk with my higher self. This was my experience today.

At the beginning of my meditation, I worked on my breathing and calming my body. I soon felt like my hands were in a different position and the heaviness of my body was fading into a light feather like feeling. My mind swirled as I continued to relax.

This first thing I see is an angel standing behind my head while his wings cover my body. (Mind you, before I meditate, I ask the Archangel Micheal to watch over my body and protect me from negativity.) I see my spirit rise from my body while he watches over my physical body. I turn and smile at him as if saying 'Thank you.' I turn my back to him and begin walking on a white path surrounded by darkness, but I am not afraid. In fact, I begin to run and laugh enjoying the feeling of true freedom. I come to a place in the path where it drops. I begin to fall and hit my head against the smooth steps as I fall. Once I reach the bottom, an angel waits for me and catches me before flinging me into the air. Another path catches me and I keep running. Soon a feline, which I feel was a tiger but maybe not, allowed me to ride on it's back. We ran down the curving path for a little while before hitting a wall. My body went through the light wall and transformed into a strong tall male who again continued to run down the path. A Gazelle then joins me and leaps and bounds around me as we run.

The vision then fades and changes.

In front of me, I see a key. The handle of the key is shaped like an eye. For a while, all I see are eyes. They remind me of 'The All Seeing Eye', the third eye.

My Higher Self then spoke with me. She was telling me how I need to pay more attention to what I was eating, and how what I was eating wasn't good for me, my psychic powers, or my health.

Feeling better after speaking with my Higher Self for a little bit, I began to see myself fly. I had strong grey angel wings as I explored cliffs around bare mountains. For a while, I just enjoyed the feeling of freedom before landing and going back to my Higher Self. She was talking to me about how I was safe and protected, because lately I haven't been feeling safe in my home. She helped fill me with love.

Once I felt better and positive, my Higher Self faded and I began seeing the Third Eye more.

Then here is the part that I couldn't continue afterwards. I physically felt someone/something run a hand down the side of my head, as if petting my hair. I felt my grandmother's presence, who had died a few months ago. I heard her voice, and it wasn't raspy or pained like the last time I heard her. It was smooth and soft, like how it was years ago. I heard her say, "I love you. I am here." I spoke back to her and said, "I love you too."

I couldn't help but 'wake up' and found myself crying.

It was very emotional for me to here her like that. I also felt my Higher Self there as if giving me a gift to remind me of the good.

I have been experiencing these flashes when I meditate. I am pulled to a place, like I have been there before, I see this man, his family, as if someone is trying to tell me something. I usually break into tears I feel I was a part of that family, for some reason this man, I know him from somewhere. In life I get pulled to him like a magnate. The more I try to reach out to him, the more he runs. Can you help me, am suffering,it's been over a year and a half now.

Wow I now hold acknowledgement upon your strength to deal with matters that are of such change to you. If meditation helps you with all of what you are currently going through, then I sympathize. I use to use meditation for many things I was through when I first started college. For me it was a big change from stepping out of high school with others my age, to taking class with adults that have kids, a degree, and a life in general. Upon tremendous amounts of school work, I would get stressed and overwhelmed, so I found this nice quiet spot on campus and I always use it to meditate in Solitude. It helps me get my thoughts together and clears away certain emotions I had of situations I were involved in at the time. If you don't meditate for actual spiritual reasons, then why are things happening when you meditate?

Meditation for me is something I use to help control my temper and receive guidance from my Higher Self. Meditation helps me take life one step at a time and not get overwhelmed with everything that is happening in my life. Right now, I moving out of state and meditating and talking with my Higher self has been giving me hope. I've been able to process and evaluate without getting scared or emotional. I don't have a specific reason like enlightenment or escaping reality.

To me this sounds like you are Astral Projecting within a deep conscious sate. As you notice these many scenarios of each meditation session, I am curious to what you question the purpose of all this and why do you continue to pursue your spiritual path?

The 'places' I go haven't been real places. It seems to just be black or dark all around. It doesn't scare me or frighten me. In fact, it's almost calming. Everything in that world is as if it is made of light. Everything around me is darkness, except for anything that visits me there; such as a spirit guide or another person. Everything is made of light with no real defining details, but I seem to always know what or who it is that is there with me. And even when I'm in that world, I'm not in my body. I watch from above almost, looking down at myself.
There was a meditation where I was laying in a bed and above me were three or four blurred people. They were holding their hands out above my body as if healing me. But even in that meditation, I didn't really see anything. It was all blurry, I could barely even make out the people.
I haven't been able to recall my dreams lately. I write them down when I do remember in the morning, but it seems they just aren't coming back to me like they did when I was younger. Sometimes I even forget little parts of my meditation. I have to go over what has happened in my meditation sometimes during my meditation.

I found your experience very interesting. Your meditation sessions seem to hold such a significant affect towards your spiritual progression. With all that you have said in your experience I do have a question, the places that you visit when you meditate, are they familiar to you? - like if the place belongs to you somehow? What I am trying to convey is that when I meditate I enter a personal world know as my spirit world. Everyone has their own personal spirit world, for it is within our Soul, though there is also the spirit world that exists upon the Earth. Our personal spirit world is where such important parts of us reside in, as our past lives, spirit animals, spirit guides, our Soul, and much more. I personally would like to know if you ever experienced entering a world that seemed familiar even through Lucid dreaming.

Hope to hear from you soon!
