New To This Gift

I tried finding support groups for Mediums and I couldn't. Then I found this site and I'm hope someone can help me with this. I saw spirits when I was 10 and I still remember it clear as day. A young boy in 80's clothing pulled off my covers and just stood there as I woke up. A women in a yellow/gold gown appeared and got upset with the boy. She then turned to me and just looked at me with no expression. The boy kept coming back night after night for weeks. It all stopped after that. A week before my 30th birthday it happened again. I woke up to different spirits around me. Night after night only one kept coming back. I felt him during the day and saw him at night with all the lights were off. Objects around the house would start moving. I have a 80lb punching bag in my room that would start moving with no windows open. I found a mediums online and I called her. She told me I need to help this spirit crossover. She told me what to do and I did it exactly as she told me. She stated that if this continues after this then I have the gift. I was able to help that spirit crossover. I was in the kitchen last night washing the dishes and I felt someone and the bowl I have hanging for fruits started moving, again no windows open. I asked it to go away and got out of the kitchen. I'm constantly terrified. I sleep next to my roommate with all the lights in the house on. I don't know what to do to control this. Please if anyone can help me I would appreciate it. I don't even trust my feelings right now to know if they are good or bad.
