So if you have read my other stories you'd know that I have a ability to sense energy of spirits, animals and people. (mostly spirits and people if the energy is strong) I can sometimes hear spirits, but I'm never sure if I'm just imagining it. I really need help on learning to see spirits.

My ability to sense them comes in handy, but I wish I could see the one's around me. There is one I really need to see and speak to. My parents are skeptic and don't believe in this stuff and I'm on this site in secret. I'm not a religious person... I have see my grandma's spirit once, but I have never seen a spirit clearly. I know meditating helps, but I'm not sure what I'm suppose to do while meditating, in order to see spirits. There are many ways to meditate. (I've been developing my abilities on my own by the way and it was a little hard figuring out how)

There are three spirits around me one I think is my guardian (hear about him in one of my stories I'm not sure what he is... Actually) the other is a boy around my age 13 or 14 the other is a bad one. He never harms me, but he doesn't like my friends... I don't know why though. I'm ok with the bad spirit he never wants to hurt me and I like him around me he keeps other bad spirits away. He is always close beside me when he's around me. I can tell if they are good or bad by their energy.

It would be helpful to see them so I can talk to them because I need to find out who they are and why they are in my dreams sometimes and why they are around me.

If anyone can help me on this please comment, also PLEASE read my other stories "Are the tragedies in my dreams my fault" and "Sensing energy of people animals and spirits" and there are others if you want, but I would like more help on the other two.

oh and is it bad that I can take energy away from people am really worried because every time I touch somebody I take energy and I know this because I feel it and sense it because I can sense peoples energy and spirits but I can't see them I can only sense their energy for example this afternoon I felt a very sad spirits but I didn't get scared because it was a really good spirit I just wish I was able to see her face

i can help you with meditation if don't know what to do because I meditated all the time it s really easy when concentrate first you have to be in a silent place where there's no people around (if a person comes in while maditating your spirit will come directly towards you and would be really bad if it does that) second you need to concentrate you have to make the little voice in your head silent I usually concentrate on music (classic) any type of classic music just concentrate on the music and you will be able to talk to the spirits and to be able to talk to your guardian angel but make sure your in a silent place hope it helps you
Because I have the same abilities and I don't know if you can feel what the plants feel but if you do cantact me

I'm beginning to sense the energy in places not just inside of me but now around me as well mostly lodged inside of walls and floors etc, also in my cat James, and I can now feel his energy release from him and not just myself. I can also make my cat twitch which I'm pretty sure is dangerous so obviously I wouldn't do anything bad. Does anyone feel that behind an energy is something stronger like more than a spirit but from out of this world?
I ask because in 2004 I was attacked by an "energy" in the middle of my sleep, it was supposed to be really scary too because I had supernatural ocd at the time but instead it got rid of it, that's because even though it grabbed me and I could hear it's voice I stayed there still and fearless all of the sudden, with hate I could control what it did to me, it's grip, how it moved it's arms etc, later in another experience I turned an energies arms into a hammer against me but it couldn't harm me also it's voice was more like a sentence usually it only speaks in words but this one had connected with me more I could also control what it said if it was really a spirit or human why could I have control over it like it didn't exist? Many of my experiences with this energy in the past even when they seemed real I could control them. My experiences relate more to what sclientology know more than anything else which is sad and angers me for what they do with the information the problem is they also have it wrong. But sometimes the voices aren't human.

eric I don't think she wants to and star I am sorry well my eyes both can see diffrent things my left for example can see aura and energy and my right can see spirits and also remote view I would try closing one eye and see what you see and night do this, and then the other and see what you see and in one if you see spirits that is great but if you don't then keep trying.

getting a bit annoyed* Look right now all I want to know is how to see spirits better... I have a very strong ability to sense them even over a far distance and I can do a few other things like astral projection all though I can't do it at will. There are some other things I have learned how to do... Its kind of dangerous... Not many people I know can even do this! I'm not going to go into what "this" is but anyway... I just want to know how to see and hear spirits way better... Thats my goal for now...

I really think synchronicity plays a major part in our lives whether we know it right at that precise moment in time or later on, it is always there ready to point out a new and exciting path for us. It seems to beat to its own internal and external tune at best we can be anywhere at any time or age when our life begins on a new adventure when the future opens up in front of us and we may not even realize it at first, but it's already happening.

Like wise... I am going check with my sources right now. In the meantime I am taking some courses of the para-normal but I can tell some more sensitive souls are not picking up on it.

I honestly can't answer that because of the dark negative spirit pressure was directed towards me for some time. In several monthes in fact so I do remember time when it was not there.

As for now I can't leave my body either at least next several days in the future. Soon as I blasted cold is over with.

rob no they arent psychic in fact they are very skeptic people and do have abilities but nothing big theyer powers arent very strong

I can sometimes feel someone at night, but I can't sense/hear or see it so I'm sometimes very skeptical. But those "armwrestling" matches I have are quite a fun activity of ours;D
I recommend watching the videos of Helen Demetriou on Youtube, she has very useful and informative videos that might help you or any other on this site.

neither do I. My past wife is my Girlfriend now, my past sister and I met up by both knowing my past commander of my army. So all three from the same past life all met back up.
