Empath Experiencing So Much

I'm 13 and since 4th grade when my parents split up I have been experiencing so much. Only my friend knows (she has esp) I've tried to tell my parents but sadly they don't believe me. My friend also has some of the things I have and shes trying to tell me all this information and sadly I don't understand any of it so please help!

I have experienced like being able to feel peoples feelings, telling when people lie to me, I have also been able to see some sort of auras, and being able to read peoples thoughts. I'm so confused about what's happening, am I going crazy?

One time when I was in my room and I felt something was there. I looked around but saw nothing but could feel sadness and hurt. I closed my eyes and relaxed my breathing trying to make the feelings go away because they were not my feelings. But instead of making them go away they got stronger and I started to see something then I heard screaming. I freaked out and opened my eyes, tears were rolling down my cheeks and I ran out of my room. This was really strange for me because I had no idea what was going on.

Me and my friend were outside at her house just sitting on the porch when I turned my head and saw a black shadow out of the corner of my eye. When I turned my head fully nothing was there. I told my friend and she said that I was imagining it. I nodded and just blew it off. About a month ago 9/15, I had almost forgot about it but we were sitting in the same place and I saw it again. My friend was like ok you need to figure out what's going on.

My eyes also changed color, my regular eye color is blue-with a gold center, but it changes from that to blue, then blue-green, then back to blue-with a gold center.

I also had sorta of a deja vu/vision in class about something my teacher would do. He was talking and wasn't paying attention, suddenly I saw something and it was of him tripping over the projector cord. About right after I had that I watched him and he tripped. I was like oh my gosh, I just saw that in my head. It kind of freaked me out to be honest.

I just would really like to know what is going on. I just can't wrap my head around this. I have tried research and just havn't been able to really find anything. Please help

Thank you for your response. With the school eye exam, have you also had a PHYSICAL lately? Full out, in the doctors office visit. If you took a look at any of those sites, you would see where that concern comes from.

The girl is the same age as me and no she does not have a mentor. I had an eye exam at the beginning of this school year if that's what your asking. Thanks so much!

I hope you do not mind, but I went ahead and followed up your research with a bit of my own. Some of those sites may not be the kind you are used to going to, but I only added the link to that particular discussion (shifting eye color).
I felt that was "most important" as it would appear that MANY people on this site claim that ability. Even that LAST site kind of voted that idea down. And look at what THAT one is called 😊.
Is your friend about the same age? Does your friend have a mentor, or someone that can guide? I am fishing for the strength of the ESP. If she TRULY has the apparent power to perceive things that are not present to the senses, perhaps that one particular incident was imagination. I know when one is surrounded by such experiences, sometimes a feeling will come over us for no apparent reason. In that it happened a second time, in the same location... Perhaps YOU can pick up things she can not, and SHE can feel what YOU do not. Just because ONE person with the ability can see a certain entity does NOT mean that another, even with the same ability, can see that same entity.
I need to seriously ask you (and I am NOT saying this is THE issue, I am simply asking), have you had a physical lately that included an eye exam? I should think that to be rather important at this time.

Yes, this is the one who has ESP, well she didn't know she had it at the time. When my eyes change color I believe it changes with my mood and my feelings, but it has changed when I changed into my school clothes.

Would you be able to explain out how your eyes change color? What I mean is, do you DO anything (i.e. Change your clothes, change your emotions)?
Would you happen to have a religious affiliation?

Thanks, I would but my school counselors aren't very trust worthy so I can't.

I'm 14, and I have the same thing as you. I 'sense' things in my room and and have Deja vu too many times, that I don't even think I can call it 'Deja Vu ' anymore.

Ex) I was sitting in class and I knew what was going to happen next. I didn't freak out, because I thought it was normal but then it happened again, and again, and again.

I talked to my counselor about it, and I thought I was nervous about it, but I didn't expect to break down. She said that I was gifted and that there were more people in the school like that but she couldn't tell me there names. She told me to embrace what I have. You should talk to your counselor if you trust them.:)
