I have been able to see, hear and feel things that are not easily explained since I was young. There has always been spiritual activity around me. However, I was raised in a very religious home that didn't believe in such things, so for the most part I never talked about them. Now I'm feeling like the universe is calling on me to follow my path. In the last year I have been experiencing a lot of pain, anxiety, and emotions that can't be explained medically. I'm trying to hone in on my gift by meditating and focusing on what I'm feeling, but "why" always continues to pop up when I am. Voices are waking me up at night, lights are coming on by themselves, and I'm getting frequent spiritual visitors, but I don't know how to help them or how to communicate with them.
I've also saw apparitions on a few occasions, but never knew why they came to me. The headaches, nausea and anxiety are getting worse, and I have no idea what to do to lessen this. Again, I'm just starting to really embrace my gift and could use as much advice as I can get on the subject. I am still off a religious faith, but I believe that there is much more to be learned about these gifts and what is in the spiritual realm. I forgot to mention that I get massive heat waves (as I describe them) as well. For example, I was shopping at a small store to buy a sage smudge stick recently and my insides started getting hotter and hotter, by the time I left my face felt like it was in fire. I'm not entirely sure why, but I won't be attending that store any time in the future I don't think.
