Bad Feeling

Alright, well throughout my life I have been able to feel what others' around me feel. I understand that I could be an Empath, and I've read up on it and understand that well enough, but something has been worrying me recently. I have been getting these feelings, like the ones I normally get when I'm around people, vibes telling me what the people around me are feeling or what they truly mean to say. However, in this case no is talking because I am completely alone. I'm really confused as to what is going on. Normally I can remain calm and collected, especially when I'm alone. I'll feel a slight vibe from those I'm really close to, as to what they are feeling and such, but it's not like that. Instead it's like I'm being pushed into feeling things I wouldn't normally feel if I was by myself. I feel like I have to watch my back a lot, like someone is watching me. I get a bad feeling whenever I hop in a vehicle. Like something bad will happen if I turn the key in the ignition. It's like I'm being watched and warned at the same time by something that isn't there. I know it said not to add ghost stories, but I'm not entirely sure this is a ghost at all. I'm not really sure what it is, or this feeling, and I really don't know who to ask about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
