Possible Precognition?


For some time now, (possibly a few years) I believe I have precognition (Seeing into the future.) Basically, what happens is that I see an image or I know that I'm thinking something that does not relate to something in the current time, and some time later, I see the same thing, except it's actually happening and it's not just an image. I am wondering if anybody could help me with this?

Let me give you an example; in the third grade, I saw an image of a woman exiting her car in my head. Sure enough, a few days later, I saw the same woman exiting her car, only it was in real life.

I'm hoping someone here has something similar to what I am experiencing and can help me in possibly channeling this ability and making it beneficial? My main problem with this is that it's hard to recognize when it's an actual vision, and when I do realize, it's when it actually happens. Even then, it comes at random, lasts a second or two, and goes away, and I have no idea when the image or thought is going to occur.

If anybody else has had this type of experience and knows what to do, please let me know. It's a really complicated thing and help with it would be greatly appreciated. I would also like to know how far into the future this ability can go, and if one can see the future for more than one second, or even hear it. This has been bothering me for a considerable amount of time and I've been wondering for a while if I was just experiencing deja vu. When I initially Googled this I mainly saw people who were making jokes, but now I have found this site, and hopefully I am not the only one here that has this.

It is referred to as precognitive.
The only way to validate and separate truth from mind chatter.
Make notes.
Also meditate will help clear your mind.

Try to identify if you dream in color?
Before going to sleep tell yourself you will remember beginning color of dreams.
I am saying this because our dreams tell us answers to our questions and speak of future events.
