Feeling Power But I Can't Use It

I've been into this psychic stuff and read up about it all my life. Since last year in July I have been feeling some sort of power but I can't use it because I have no idea what my exceeding ability is and I have no training or guides to help me. If it is possible to choose what ability I get I would prefer it to be telekinetic because it leads off into pyrokinesis and hydrokinesis and so on.

I am on my knees begging for help, as I don't want to discover my powers and hurt anyone with it nor go on without it.

When I was younger I had experiences with dreaming about the future and what happened in my dream happened! It continued until I moved schools two years ago. Now I just feel physical power in me that I feel needs to be released. I think the visions were just a phase but in one of the dreams I was outside in the school garden and talking to a guy named Adam and he said: "Hey, Joe was the one that broke that window in the teachers place or lounge or whatever."

It finally came and so I said everything Adam said and he freaked out and asked how I did that so I told him I saw it in a dream.

I also remember when I was in primary school I was at school camp and I astro traveled I think that's what it is when you leave your body. Anyway I looked around the camp and saw another sort of ghost but it freaked me out so I just returned to my body. My powers were out of control then and when I started dreaming I'd had a power impulse which turned every light in my room off and on again. That build up was so much smaller than this recent one and I think this burst might hurt people around me!

Marzone, I Completely agree with Sonik. Chakra is important to learn to understand and control your abilities. Opening up your chakra will let outside energy flow into your body, mind and soul so you won't become weak after using your abilities. Also read up on all kinds of powers and try them out, you might find you have a power which you never thought of.

It is most likely elemental, as Lyro said.
I am also elemental, I first discovered my abilities around the age of seven (7 years ago) I also felt this "power" through me. As a normal kid with wild imagination, I used to think it was awesome, save the world and all that crap... But anyway, I was only able to turn a candle flame on and off (hardly) but now, I can freely move fire (with certain limits) and even change its colour, darken it... Any way, you should open your chakra gates, all of them... And it is not telekinesis that lead to Pyrokinesis, it's the other way arround, because pyrokinesis means moving any thing with fire or heat in it, and every object has a specific amount of heat in it, so I can basicly move anything that is not ice freezing... Anyways, search up all that chakra stuff, use it, find your element, tame your abilities, and hopefully, no one will get hurt:)

Anyway, I don't know why but my power's side effect is my high attraction to a girl I know. I would just like to know how I can prevent my powers hurting her, and how to tell if she practices pyschic methods.

I hope my life is about to spurt. Alot of things have been going wrong for me. I'm 99% unnoticed by a girl I really like, my choices have more effect than I mean them to and usually backfire, I feel like I don't fit in. My main ammend is at least to become friends again with the girl I like. I just hope that somehow I can mend it.
I am the person who knows the most about computers in the school, but I think I may have two powers. Jut to let you know, my elements are water over air. I have had increasing growth in my power over computers, but I controlled water in a puddle at school a couple of days ago, making it unlevel and spill. A storm passed today and from inside my house I made the rain come harder in one spot, dinting the ground.
That's my recent update, but I really have had an attraction to the girl I now like ever since my powers started randomly giving me control. They sometimes allow me to control things how I want, but I usually get drained of my energy at random times leaving me exhausted. Please help me train, because of my powers increase I think one random outburst may hurt someone.

You prob are an elemental, of course mixed with other things. So far, I've met myself three others. One really high rank in it, another one that is pretty good (but also a guardian), and my girlfriend is a beginner, and in her being elemental, I'm able to use her abilities, so in a way I am too:p I've controlled the wind, and that's about it...

I Know a candle isn't anything electrical but try lighting one and focusing this energy on the flame and controlling its shape and size if you do it right you should only see the flame and nothing else and a bond will be made, I personally think there's an event approaching in your life whereby you will find out what this energy is for.

Thanks so far but I'm not trying to figure out the answers I'm trying to find out how to get to those answers because this build up of energy has lead me to controlling some machines check my other experience once it's up it's called Controlling Technology

i aswell have been feeling a ton of energy. I try to focus it into a ball in my hands starting from my feet and flowing into my arms and then into hands. While drunk I finally managed to make a ball of warmth that I couldn't compress anymore... Had no idea what to do with it so I just released it... I think I might be in the same boat as you my friend. Maybe I'm doing it wrong but it seems to help concentrate my excess rage, sorrow, and pain I might be going through at the time. Hope this helps... Or maybe I'm just retarded... Who knows.

my advice to you would be to try and relax your mind I am similar to you in the sense that I had experiences throughout my life that led to a day where I discovered my purpose, if you use the logical part of your mind too much and try to figure it all out you will find your brain throwing random answers to the questions you have, human minds have a nature where by if we don't know an answer for something the brain will create a logical conclusion leading you in the wrong direction everthing that's about to happen to you needs to be felt and not figured out the answers will find you, you will not find the answers.
