I submitted a story previously in regards to bad experiences with OBE, I received some advice about how to shield myself from bad entity's and stand up to them. I'm glad to say that it appears this has worked. I was also told to get in contact with my guides which I have been attempting to do.
This morning I was hovering slightly out of my body normally I get a really bad vibe in my room whilst doing this and have had some bad experiences, however this time the room was filled with bright white light. I heard a sound which sounded like my door opening, I motherly presence (my mother is still alive) entered the room, I couldn't make out the person however it was a figure all dressed in white. The figure was whispering things that I couldn't make out. I tried to get up and and respond to this, to see the figure more clearly but found I couldn't move. I have a feeling it was my shield that was blocking me, as I could see it bright as day, which is quite frustrating in this circumstance. In the end I made out the last words the figure said which was " its time to get up now" and with a jolt I was back in my body.
Do you think this could have been my spirit guide?
Or just a friendly spirit, I'm a bit confused as to why I couldn't understand what they were saying to me until the end.
