This Is Not Normal But Scary

I am a thirteen year old girl. Things out of the ordinary has happened since I was eight. Back then I had a dream about going to India. A couple of months later I was on a plane to India. We went to see the premiere of a movie called Dhoom 3. Yes it's spelled that way. It's an Indian movie. When I went there I realized that I knew what was going to happen. I asked my mom, "Haven't we already seen this before." She had shaken her head and said no. Since then I realized that something was up. I didn't know what to do.

When I decided to tell someone about it I was ten. I was scared to death. The person that came to mind was my little brother. He was eight then. When I told him he didn't believe me. Luckily he didn't tell my parents. I didn't tell anyone that until today I found this website. I am glad that there are other people like me. I used to have terrible sleep then cause I was scared. What happened if I had a nightmare and it turned out to be true?

Now I started to get better sleep. I had no idea why. Until it hit me just yesterday. I dreamed everyday. And everyday my dreams came true. I was shocked. My whole day today was shown in my sleep yesterday. But I normally forget the dreams until the same thing happens but in real life. I don't know what to do. I read some comments on other stories saying to write it down. But as soon as I dream it I forget it. This is almost my daily thing. Look for things that might have been in dreams. My sleep is stuffed full of dreams. But the only dreams I remember are the ones that don't come true. I don't know why and I want an answer but none of the other websites tell me why. Whoever knows the answer please help.

Have you tried lucid dreaming? It is when you are aware that you are dreaming during your dreams and have some ability to control them. I don't really know if it would help you remember or if you could actually change reality, but it would probably be worth the shot. I myself have never lucid dreamed but I am trying techniques to help. Some of those are checking the time during the day, so much so that it becomes second nature and that you may do it in your dreams. You would do that my looking at the time whenever it comes to mind, then looking away and checking it again to see if it's the same, because in a dream the time would change. This could also work with reading because in a dream, you cannot properly read. You could also try setting an alarm for the middle of the night, but make sure you can reach it easily so when it goes of you turn it off with as little movement as possible, then keep your body completely still while keeping your mind awake just by thinking thoughts that wouldn't allow you to sleep. Eventually you could end up in a state in which you cannot move your body, but you are awake, I forgot what is was called, and eventually go into a dream. I have never tried that technique though, so I don't really know how well it works. Hope this helped!

Hey, I am just like you! I thought I was the only one. So, I have extremely vivid dreams every night, and sometimes they come true. They scare me a lot sometimes as well, and anyone I tell never seem to care.
Well, the dreams you have that you don't remember are the less important ones, even if they are the future. The ones you do remember, you just do.
I call it a gift, because I have the exact same thing.
Just remember this, this is what I have to remind myself.
You cannot fully control dreams and what happen or when they do, nobody can change that. Just accept them as an adventure, and be the hero. I have many dreams where people are out to get me or my family, and all I do is protect, and stay 'alive'. Sometimes when my fears get out of control, I try to focus and somehow befriend my fear. THE BEST WAY TO GET RID OF AN ENEMY OR NIGHTMARE IS TO BECOME ITS FRIEND.
Hope I helped.

Hi. The same things have happened to me multiple times before. I'm just a year older than you and from what I can tell most people with this ability get it around our age. What you've been experiencing is called precognition which is basically you have a vision in your dreams. It has happened to me about 5 times now but only started this year. This is all I know about it but I wish I knew more. I'm trying to find out more now. Good luck finding your answers!

There is nothing to be afraid of. This is some sort of Vision in which people said that its "deja vu" but in reality is a vision.
I had prophetic dreams since I was 12, today I'm 16.
Based on what I learned from my dream experiences it takes time for that dream to come true. Months, days, weeks, even years.
Not all dreams come true in reality in dream land. But I suggest that you would write these dreams by writing it with a dream journal.
But you had to write it fast before you will forget it.
Make sure you have an ink pen, a lamp, or any light source and a red or any color notebook.
If you have any question find me on:

Or on a facebook page of a closed group named "magical abilities and experiences" it has a pink image with a mountain in it. (I will change the photo sooner or later) it has a horse icon in it or a horseshoe.
Best of luck. You really need to think about how important it is to know the future.;)

Sometimes the body is too tired.

Most people must train their mind.

The mind is full of activity and thoughts and emotions during our awake state.

When we sleep we have arch type symbols. It is important to set. Our intent when we sleep so we get answers to our questions as well as solutions.

We also have prophetic dreams.

As well as see yellow I believe it is called. These are lower geometric energy. Which means that visit us to take energy from us.
When these occurs. Shaking a pillow and turning helps. It is also believed if you do heartworm and visualize the bad dream burning and falling to the earth being recycled into earth. The dream will not manifest in our life.

I always meditate and clear my mind set my intent for what I want to see. Do certain exercises. I find my dreams and what I do is heal for myself or loved ones lives.

The non essential dreams though insignificant can have a symbolic meaning. To interpret you must know yourself and be willing to see and change. Find a good dream book and ask for confirmation.
