I have been curious about my ability from the start. In fact, I'm not sure if it is an ability. I can tell if someone is good or bad the moment I meet them. Only my mom believes me, and that is because she was the one who first noticed it. My ability started when I was born. Let me tell you my story.
A few months after I was born I was brought to my grandparents house. My dad's parents, who were divorced when my dad was young, to be exact. His mother had a new boyfriend named Roger, who she planned to marry. I was brought to their home to be shown off to my grandmother and her boyfriend. Whenever my mother would bring me near Roger I would cry. I would kick, scream, and cry until she took me away from him. I never wanted to go near him, ever. Funny - well, not funny - thing is that not too long after this happened it was discovered that he was taking advantage of my very young cousins sexually. He had them tied up in the basement closet, put them in pajamas with holes, and no one knows EXACTLY what it was he did, but we know it was bad. He is now in a maximum security prison with a sentence that will last the rest of his life and they cousins have what you might call daddy issues and are both teen mothers.
Now, I don't know if that means anything to anyone else, but it sure means a lot to me. And I get notions like this about people every day, and it never stops. Sometimes it hurts my head to be around some one. Another example is this girl. Well, I have a HUGE crush on her boyfriend. But let me clarify that previous times that I'd crush on a taken guy, I'd never get the bad vibes, but with this chick, all I have to do is hear her name or think about her, and my head throbs. I know she is bad, and so does everyone else, but he can't see it. It drives me crazy.
Sure, you could argue that it's just coincidence, but I swear it's something different and abnormal. I want to know what you would call this thing I have, because to be certain it IS something, it must have a name. Even if I have to make one up. Please tell me what you think.
