Hearing Phantom Noises That Wakes Me Up

Is this what they call "Exploding Head Syndrome"? I have had incidents where I would be woken up by loud noises, door slams, doorbells, and even glass shatters. I remember falling asleep and being woken up every morning at 8:58 a.m. Or 9:00 a.m. By something heavy falling on the floor. The noises often feel like an air conditioning has fallen on the floor, or noises such as the iron screen door slamming shut. These noises wake me up and it will be around a certain time every morning. I normally wake up and fall back asleep. The minute I fall back asleep, I hear something else to wake me up. The noises will be sounding like someone is coming into the house or someone trying to break in your home. For example, air conditioning units falling on the floor, loud bang on the washer machine, or slamming doors. I will be somewhere in the dream and at a certain point I am being woken up by a loud crash. There was one morning I was dreaming and could have sworn I was there and not dreaming at all. Each time I am in the dream that feels like I am at that location, I can sit down, or at a certain point in the dream there will be a loud crash noise to wake me up. There are many times I will be asleep in the evening and get woken up every-night at 9 p.m. By a doorbell. On yesterday morning 2/24/2018, I was asleep, and dreaming, and heard the phantom doorbell ringing. The doorbell didn't ring at all and I went back to sleep. I looked at the clock and it was almost 9 a.m. I was at a certain part of the dream as always, when I heard the doorbell. After I went back to sleep, I woke up not remembering a single part of the dream at all.

There was an incident in college where I was asleep and seen myself in the dream crying towards cameras. As I was asleep dreaming, I heard a loud door slam, and immediately I jumped up. I jumped up out of my bed because I thought I was there and not my dormitory dreaming. The place I was seeing myself at, ultimately was the next place I ended up. I recently had a dream this morning with part of it involving me laying next to a guy in bed I was dating. The guy in the dream looks like a spitting image of the man I am interested in currently. In the dream, I found myself coming home to him and saying that I was sick. I was puking everywhere in the dream. In the dream we both were living together, but the house I seen in my dream is my father house in reality. I used to live with my father and I see the entire property. Instead of it being my father property it was his property. I was being friends with a young lady who had a hidden past, and, in the dream, I was running like I was a suspect. The girl suddenly disappeared in the dream. I ran from our home and hid in the grass, still puking. My boyfriend in the dream came to find me and ask, "why I was running and that he was going to get me some medicine" At this very moment, I was woken up by my mom knocking on my door asking me to cook for her. I tried going back to sleep after being woken up, as soon as I went to sleep I heard what seems to be a light bulb shattering in the living room. I once tried to sleep after hearing noises to wake me up, but the complete dream fades away. All in All, the dream was about me running from myself and fears of being exposed. Even though this only part of my dream, I don't understand the noise. I am currently single and since my spiritual awakening my dreams are symbolic, and premonitions with messages.

sunshine_taylor,
Good evening and hello. It is going to be a long night for me tonight. My mind and energy are all amped up for some reason. I just seem to be running at double speed for some reason so please be patient.

I'm starting to think that you might have a paranormal reason behind the noises. It might be a spirit messing with you and seeking attention. Next time it happens ask it directly or state, I bet you can't do that again. See what happens next or if there is a reaction.

Sometimes the paranormal OCD will kick in and a spirit will just have to do it.

Now if you smell something rotten or fowl or hear a low growl that is something entirely different. Then you know you are dealing with something much different and possibly a little concerning.

There are ways to invoke actions or test theories if need be. I think you just need to take some time to relax and play it by ear. Try shifting your sleep cycles slightly and see if things change or sync up. Keep us posted, we would like to here more about it in the future. 😉

no the noise don't come from anywhere as. I even jumped up one day and asked "did yall hear that" nobody heard nothing and it was only me who did. It only happens when I get to a certain part of the dream or at a certain time around. I was at home one morning asleep and heard a loud crash. I ran outside thinking someone had smashed a window or the air conditioner fell on the floor. Neither happened and once again it was 8 a.m. Although this hasn't happened in a while. I call it alarm clocks lol

sunshine_taylor,
Hello fellow clairvoyant. You are not alone in some of the things you are experiencing. I also am awaken to loud noises sometimes. Sometimes someone will even yell my name, and no one is there. I would like to offer some help, even if only a little bit.

Try and discover if it is actually happening in the environment around you first. You need to figure out if it is internal or external. Sometimes someone near you has a pattern that you don't realize yet. It might be a neighbor doing something often and the sound carries. Or sometimes it could be paranormal.

Sometimes our own higher self is attempting to bring us out of a bad situation. It is kind of like an auto protect mode. If your subconscious mind gets to involved in something it should not something or someone needs to bring you out of it.
