I Don't Know How To Improve My Strange Ability

I'm sure everyone reading this, or close to it, have tried improving their abilities with meditating, or practicing, or both.

I'm trying to meditate longer, focus myself, and teach myself discipline for one ability, but it's really hard.

Biokinesis is the ability to change your body on will, for example; Change your eye color, change the color of your hair, clear you skin, improve your senses, it's the ability to change your genes and appearance through thought and energy manipulation.

Now before anyone starts flipping out, ready to tell me this is dangerous, I'm doing my homework. I'm learning about the human body.

For example; Brown is a dominant eye color, so if I change it to that color, I might not be able to change it back to my blue gray for a while, I might have to master Biokinesis before I can change it back.

Or red hair is a recessive color.

I'm still learning, it's slow, but I am working on it.

So back to what I was saying before, I'm having issues with improving it, and controlling it all the time, not to mention I'm paranoid.

First, I don't know what's better to improve Biokinesis, meditating, or doing it. Some people say when doing Biokinesis, picture a needle putting the color into your eyes. I don't do it that way, I chant and visualize.

Second, I always forget that if I think about something for too long, like thicker hair, or the color gray, my body will respond and change. I need to know how to be aware of what I'm doing.

My next question sort of ties in with the second; If I think about something like Cancer, or hives, or Photophobia, will I get it because I'm thinking about it?

Lastly, is it true that if you make your cells reproduce, or replace themselves at an advanced speed, can you truly live forever?

I really hope someone can tell me something, because I don't know any Biokinetics directly, and this would be a big help.

I guess if you can change how well your heart and other organs are working and keep doing so for eternity, then yes, I think that may just be possible with the right amount of effort.

I don't know if I have any bio-kinetic abilities or not, but I do know that when I have laid down to go to sleep and thought about being thinner or fitter, I have lost weight and/or gained muscle. I even a few times tried to change into an animal as I was falling asleep and been told the day after that my Husband actually saw that animal in the bed sleeping. I know I was quite relaxed and didn't force or insist on any specific result, I was just curious. I hope you find something useful in this.

I don't mean to down you: (It's just I don't want you to try and expect big results. Start with building your immune system. It'll help focus. And besides I don't know if I'd like to fake my own death:S It could get messy... Hehe, but it might be fun after I get over the fact I get over the fact everyone I knew and loved was dead!

If you were a practiced biokinetic, you probably wouldn't look wrinkly and crippled. If you can do something as big as living forever, you could definitely make yourself look young. That would be incredible! But you would have to change your identity every 50 years or so, because people would start to get suspicious that you looked so young for so long. Or, if you wanted to continue with one identity for longer, you could let your appearance be slightly old for a while. You could just keep faking your own death and changing your appearance every 50-100 years. I would love to be immortal!

I guess I'm not a natural biokinetic, because I'm weak and have an average, if not inferior, immune system, and I get cold easily, but I used to not get cold at all. And...well...I always had a not-so-great immune system...

I might try it though. I haven't had success so far.

Oh and if you were to accidently give yourself a disease... Well if you're powerful enough to add it then you should be powerful enough to take it away... Maybe that's just my thinking but it seems to make sense...:D

I'm not at a high level yet, and I don't knwo about marrying another immortal:S Never dying? What would we look like? Wrinkly, and crippled? It's kind of scary, but I'm still trying to just get into changing big things over weeks, maybe months.
About the pain? I usually don't feel pain, but when it happens, it's there for a few seconds then it's gone. Stub my toe, intsead of rubbing it, I wiggle them, and within ten seconds it's gone.
I don't really know about really bad pain, needles aren't that bad, and they don't hurt after.
But when I get my belly button done, I'm going to see if it really hurts or not.
BTW there are other signs of Biokinetics, like the cold doesn't bother you, you don't feel pain (as you know), sometimes there are subtle changes in your appearence when you emotions change, you immune system is really good, that sort of deal.
There are different methods of improving BioK, but... I haven't heard of anyone teaching themselves, they're usually born with it. But try it, and if you need some tips leaveme another message:)

I know... It would be terrible to watch everyone around you die. You'd have to have some kind of a permanent associate, who would have to also be either half-vampire, half-demon, half-angel, some weird magical anomaly, or just biokinetic. Your true friends would have to be like a community of immortals. You could marry an immortal and have immortal children.

In my mom's religion she believes there are these three guys who are still alive from biblical times, because a long long time ago, there were like eight people who were such good God-followers that they were each granted one wish. 4 of them wished to live to the good old age of 75... Or something like that. That was old then. The other three wanted to live until the end of the world. So they are around today. I'd love to meet one, although I don't agree with her religion. Once, at a church camp, she saw a guy with a giant duffle bag and when she turned around he was gone, so she thinks he might be one of them.

If you wanted to die after a million years or so, you wouldn't have to kill yourself or be killed. You would just have to stop doing whatever you were doing to stay alive unnaturally. Like Flamel in Harry Potter who was really old because he drank liquid from the Sorcerer's Stone and then he decided to die so he stopped drinking it.

Biokinetics would make good secret agents, because they can resist interrogation by stopping pain... So no one can really torture them, and they can change their appearance. That would make an amazing book series or something...

People say I have a higher pain tolerance than most people, though I don't see why because I don't know how much other people feel pain, but I wonder if I might have slight biokinesis... And my eyes change color. I would love to be a biokinetic shapeshifter-like person!

PsychicStar, like I said I am doing my home work, I don't want to injure myself, so I will be cautious:)
Rilan, that is definetly some interesting information, but I won't try this until I'm older, because I don't want to be stuck at 13 for the rest of my life. Maybe 19, or 20, but it would be horrible and a curse because if I had babies, they would grow old, I would have to watch EVERYONE around me die, I could never follow unless I killed myself or someone else did:S
And I'm not really sure about how strong I am, because I can adjust my temperture kind of too I think, but it's subconcious, so I have no clue I'm doing it.
I can get rid of pain, that's easy. I just tell myself 'no more pain' and that's it.
I rarely get infections, cold never bothers me, I get over any pain I do feel quick, that sort of deal. But I have made myself more flexible by focusing on stretching my muscles:P Two days, of meditating and some stretching, and I went from just touching the ground to my palms almost flat on the ground!

Biokinesis is awesome! I so so so wish I had that ability. It's like shapeshifting. I'd get rid of my ugly green-grey-muddy-blue eyes and turn them silver. They do seem to change color naturally, but I can't get them to stay the color I want them to be. If I was really good, I could change my identity and never be discovered.

As for living forever... I think what causes aging are these things in your cells called "free radicals." If you can remove those, you might be able to live forever. There are other scientific factors in aging. You can look them up and... Counter them with your biokinesis.

There is a risk of getting something because you think about it... I guess. That would make sense. Unless your abilities are not strong enough to do anything except superficial changes like hair and eyes, which might be good in that case, because... Then you wouldn't accidently get a horrible disease from having to do a report on it in school. But if you can do stuff that dramatic, then you can probably take the free-radicals out of your cells and heal all that stuff and live forever!

I have no real kinesi that I know of. I have visions and that's it I guess. DEFINATELY meditate AND practice. But please only do little stuff for practice until you're very comfortable and prepared.

plundym, I suppose it would matter what I thought, btu at the same time it's a big risk, and I guess one day I'll take it, but not now, or tomorrow:P
Raiona I think your right, maybe relaxing myself would help:P I'll have to try it sometime. Ps, trust me I'm not waiting for anything sudden!

you answered your own question you try to hard. How about relaxing, things happen when your relaxed and your fully focused. Don't expect things to happen instantly go with the flow and chill then things happen istantly.

i am no biokinetic, but I have practiced other kinesis's (or kinesi, I guess) and one of my major goals is to change my eye color. But I think meditation will definitely help you control it, but doing it will help you develop it. Also I believe that dominant and recessive genes don't really matter to a biokinetic, as long as you don't believe they matter. Hope this helped a little!
