Could This Be A Form Of Astral Projection?

It's pretty common knowledge that there are different planes, levels some can see, and others can't. There's seven different planes, and all of them are different.

Lately I've been working on opening my chakras, and opening myself to letting my gifts develop, so I imagined that the wall that closed me off from energy and other things was open. I'm Psychometric, so I feel energy, but I want to sense it in different forms.

I imagined the same thing, a dam, and I forced it away, letting the water flow in. But the other day it was different, a lot more then usual.

I did my usual breathing and meditation, and I felt like my mind just stretched over for blocks. I sensed everyone's energy and heart beats. I sensed animals, and plants too. But it was kind of in color if I focused on a single thing. I also couldn't see anything in front of my face, or sense anything around my body except the energy.

The best way to describe it would be like your lying down with your eyes closed, you feel energy masses around you, and feel heartbeats. Then you focus on let's say, a baby. You see nothing but light coming from the baby, you don't see any thing that's not light. The baby's light is a bright yellow, with white, and tinges of blue.

You sense something else, so you focus on it. It's a dying plant.

It's energy is dark, the gloomy light is weak.

I've done this a few times, and I feel so serene. Like I'm stretching my body, but the sensation is in my mind. I think I'm starting to feel emotions when I do it too.

I don't know if this is astral projection, or something else, but I haven't heard of anyone doing this, or knowing what it is, so does anyone know?

In my opinion Remote Viewing is seeing and visiting afar (either while awake or in a dreamstate), and Astral Projection is how we get there.

One is the method of travel, and the other is the method of sensing/seeing.

You know it sounds a lot like what MIT honors graduate Pete A Sanders talks about in his book I am reading right now. It's called "Access your brain's joy center". He has got to be the most down to earth soul, psychic, and author you will come across. He shows you how to tap your souls potential with very down to earth techniques and exercises. Okay from what it seems like you have what is called being at oneness or “blending with the universe”. It's where you can blend with other things around you. Since everything is consciousness your consciousness can become one with everything else around you, even up to the universe. It's not astral projection. You are just blending only with the light energy around you that's all. Pete Sanders talks about doing this in his book. Good luck.

That sounds really cool. I'm pretty calm when I do this, but I'm still getting used to it. Thank you so much! 😁

it is a by-product of meditation but not astral projection. Astral projection is where the consciousness leaves the body. The focus comes not from the mind internally (baby, plant) but from an external source- the universe or cosmos. You can however direct your astral destination but what you "see" there will not be controlled by you.

For example- during one astral projection I decided I wanted to go to the moon. Once I got to the moon things unfolded without any control from me- no decision making process. I found myself in a crater (I didn't plan that) and saw a stationary, gold-foil covered small mechanical device. I looked around me and saw the crater walls, the grey color of the moon surface etc. When I returned to my body I learned that NASA has left several gold-foil robots on the moon and one is in a huge crater called the sea of tranquility. This is where my consciousness went.

You are on the brink of an astral projection event. Relax completely. Make your mind blank and allow your consciousness to separate from your physical body. You must have no fear while doing this for 2 reasons: 1) none is warranted and 2) you won't separate from the physical world.

Good luck.
